Whether you want a fully hands-off experience or prefer to stay in control of every order, we provide flexible delivery options for customers in our Upstate New York service area, designed around your schedule, usage, and peace of mind. Existing customers can order fuel through our portal in seconds, and new customers can quickly create an account to start requesting fuel deliveries.
Will-Call Fuel Delivery
Will-call delivery puts you in full control of your fueling schedule. You monitor your tank levels manually and request deliveries when it works best for you.
This option is ideal for customers who want a more hands-on approach or have variable usage that may be harder to predict. Be sure to order when your tank reads 1/3 full to avoid a fuel runout.
- Greater control over delivery timing
- Works well for lower fuel usage
- Ideal for customers who prefer to actively manage their fuel
- Available for propane, Bioheat® fuel, kerosene, diesel, and gasoline
Automatic Fuel Delivery
Instead of checking your tank and scheduling deliveries yourself, Blueox Energy tracks your usage and delivers fuel exactly when you need it. Using a combination of historical usage, degree-day calculations, and potential tank monitoring, your delivery schedule is adjusted to match real demand.
- No need to check your tank gauge constantly
- Reduced risk of running out of fuel
- Deliveries timed for efficiency and convenience
- Available for propane, Bioheat® fuel, kerosene, diesel, and gasoline
Tank Monitoring
Tank monitoring adds a layer of visibility and convenience to your fuel usage. A small device is installed directly on your propane or oil tank, allowing you to track fuel levels in real time through the Blueox Energy app.
This means no more trips to the basement or outside to check your level. You always know exactly what your fuel level is in just a few clicks.
- Real-time visibility into your fuel levels
- Eliminates manual tank checks
- Helps avoid unexpected runouts
- Great for primary homes, rentals, and second properties
- Adds convenience and smarter fuel management
Emergency Fuel Delivery
If you’re running low or unexpectedly run out, Blueox offers emergency delivery services to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. Please give us a call, and we’ll get you a delivery as soon as possible.
